Pastor

Pastor RJ has been faithfully serving Rbc since April 2012. Before that he served Lake June Baptist Church and First Baptist Church of Dallas. RJ married his best friend Beth and they have three daughters. He earned his BA in Biblical Studies MA in Pastoral Ministry from Criswell College. He plans to pursue doctoral work in 2021.

Ray Deaton

Minister of Education

Ray is our director of education and goes above and beyond to be sure that we are reaching this town with the gospel in the best way possible.

Garon Burgin

Youth Minister

Garon is our youth pastor and one of our deacons. He leads 6th through 12th grade in following Christ and making him known with the help of his wife Dayla

Kathy Deaton

Children's Minister

Cathy is the director of our children’s ministry and wife of Ray. She has led children from 2 years to 5th grade for several years with passion and excitement like no other.
